Existing steel pipes are connected by workers screwing them in by hand. By turning this into a socket format, the pipes can be connected just by pushing them in together. This method is expected to reduce the labor hours and burden on workers.

Chiba University is currently conducting researches on Naterun, in collaboration with the company UPCON. They conducted a test on people’s psychological changes when walking on (1) lawns on soil without Naterun, and (2) lawns on soil with Naterun. This test result shows that the better cushioning properties of the soil with Naterun has a healing effect. To take greening measures with healing effects, Naterun is the best soil conditioner.
