Lead-Free and Cadmium-Free Melting Zinc Plating Processing Technology “Pure Z”

This melted zinc plate processing technology uses electric zinc metal instead of current distilled zinc metal. Issues such as running out of liquid and permeability are solved by adjusting the temperature of the agent and the immersion time. Compared to distilled zinc metal the amount of lead and cadmium, which cause environmental burdens, is as close to zero as possible. This processing technology clears RoHS directives (enacted by the EU, regulates the inclusion of specified harmful substances) and maintains existing corrosion functions.
